Shipping & Delivery

Laura Luisa will deliver free shipping within Germany. Delivery shall be made within two to six working days to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser. In general, we can not provide mailbox addresses and packing stations.
If a delivery to the customer is not possible eg because the customer is not found under the delivery address specified by him, the customer has to bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery. P>

In principle, the legal revocation instruction also applies here. The u.g. Regulations do not constitute a compulsory prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.

The transport risk is borne by Laura Luisa. All deliveries are insured against theft and accidents. The insurance cover expires as soon as the goods have been received and confirmed by you in writing.

Invoice address
Laura Luisa identifies you as an accountant as a customer. For this reason, it is important that you always tell us your personal address.

Delivery address
You have the possibility to have the goods delivered to a different address. In this case please enter the changed address in the corresponding field. This changed address is used only for delivery and not for marketing purposes.
